The Brian D. Dillman Building houses 2 large conference rooms that are suitable for a large number of purposes.

Plan your next meeting or training using one of BES's meeting rooms. These modern meeting facilities have flexible seating and layout for up to 44 people. The rooms include audio/visual facilities including projectors, VHS and DVD players, TV, laptop connectivity, wireless internet, and more. Conveniently located in North Boulder where Diagonal Hwy. and Foothills Pkwy. meet, the rooms are available for booking any time night or day for your convenience.

The Main Meeting Room seats up to 44 people in a classroom layout. The room includes an automatic A/V screen, a built-in stereo and projector with VGA input, a DVD/VHS player, and multiple dry-erase boards.

The Conference Room seats 24 in a round-table or a classroom layout. This room includes a pull down A/V screen, a projector, a DVD/VHS player, a TV, and multiple dry-erase boards.
A coffee break area is right outside the rooms with refrigerator, sink, microwave, vending machine, coffee pot, and restrooms.

Rooms may be booked with at least 24 hours advance notice. The Main Meeting Room is $250 per 8 hour session, and includes the items listed above. The Conference Room is available for $225 for 8 hours. For meetings shorter than 8 hours, either room is available for $25 per hour with a two hour minimum.
